Hi Mick.

Long time no hear (my fault). How are you (and your family) nowadays mate? In best of health I hope!

So what happen regarding my little computer project since last time? Well I didn't go for the EVGA products, instead I choose to go for my long time favorite brand ASUS. This time it become ASUS ROG Rampage III Extreme Motherboard & 2 x ASUS ROG Matrix HD 5870 Platinum Graphic Card, The rest you can see at the the web page on the following link.

There will always be some supplement or tuning to do and as it is for now I have found another computer case that interests me so we will see the progress further on whats coming up on my FaceBook pages :-)

I was thinking about learning 3d modeling and I though of using google sketchup
Do you think thats the best software to start learing on

Just want to inform you that I canceled the order on Intel Core i7-980X Extreme Edition CPU.

Instead I ordered Intel Xeon X5680 3,33GHz 6 Core/12 Thread Socket LGA1366 as well as EVGA Classified SR-2 Dual LGA1366 (270-WS-W555-A1).

Now there remains only one thing, and that is to find a computer case that can take this monster board and that I like too.
