If your hearing the impeller rubbing against ANYTHING stop using the pump immediately. You might try a fatter O ring, but never run the pump if the impeller is making contact with the pump head as even the slightest rub will shorten the pumps life if you run it very long as it kills the bearing being run out of balance.

Gino: Shoot me an e-mail and I'll send you some pictures... I got mine yesterday.... (see message below).... FYI: Did leak testing on it last night and no leaks, but the impeller sounds like it's rubbing against something and making a rather loud vibrating sound (which kind of defeats the purpose of a nearly silent pump)..... I'm waiting for them to respond on what the impeller is rubbing against...

I've got the T4 (delrin) today... talk about bad quality still... there is plastic shavings hanging from where they drilled the fill port hole... the internal plastic part within the expansion chamber is scratched and you can see where they used too much glue.... yikes... Thanks for the reply and the dimensions. It should fit easily in my case with no interference from my videocard - which is in the pcie slots that are in front of the bays I'd probably be using for the T3.
