charles explained that well, i would also recommend what you can afford

if you had purchased the lens kit for the D60, you will already have the third

18-55 which is more then a good start, after shooting for a while youll find
what you like more, then you can move to a different lens, i tended to like
wide shots, and is saving for a good wide and a fisheye.. (wont have any
arms left to shoot pictures then..) but it will be worth it. i would take charles
advice as he has a very good opinion.

That's awesome Mate, that's a nice camera. For lenses I would say get the best you can afford. A lens unlike the body, you can keep for many, many years. I'll start by showing you the ultimate lens. This zoom lens would be all you ever need to shoot most things. It's not cheap but you can sometimes find one on the used market.
