As per our previous PM's, I respond to emails within 24hrs, I don't always log on to XS regularly to check PM's, so it can take up to a week to respond. Because of that email is my preferred contact method.

I also do custom work for clients, and help out in the community by giving advice and sometimes even help people with mods.
