It seems pretty cut and dried to me that Bei Fei shipped the item to the address you gave him.
He has a tracking number showing that it was signed for at that address.
That is the end of his liability period.
Add in to this that his reputation is impecable on this forum.
He has done more straight deals than I can count.
Another post from you on this subject will be your last here.

Good luck with that. I have proof of delivery and private messages from you with specific shipping information. And if you do not have access to the address I sent the panel to I am confused why you are listing stuff on Craigslist with pickup within blocks from that address?

Specifically told you at the start of October, three weeks in advance, that I am relocating at the end of the month. You are holding my money since August, and I have yet to receive the panel yet or my money back. Now almost four months later, you finally shipped it (18 days later) to an address I have no access to anymore, after I specifically told you over a month ago, not to ship it there. Nicely asked you to refund my money two weeks ago, even before you shipped it.

Keep making up lies and excuses, but I will take you to small claims court for this.

This guy is a scammer claims he moved and didn't get the panel i customized for him.
