If this is the resistor that controls Vdroop and where the FB and VDIFF pins head to, then yes, it can be pencil moded. Seems Hicookie has just replaced it with lower resistance. If You have DMM, You can easily search where the lines head to. Measure the resistance directly between pin 16 and 17. Resistor, that controls Vdroop should have the same resistance.

i take my board back , and done the vmod, you can try pencil or just change the vr.
