I became active on XS by the time you joined and we had some great fun, mainly in the distributed computing teams. I can't believe that was almost 10 years ago. Time flies by. You have been a person I always looked up to, even though I didn't agree with everything you said. That was a mutual thing, I guess. I am not an ideologist however as you once stated, I just happen to believe in the good in people, a trait you also possessed. I can only speak for myself, but you put a smile to my face more often than I can count and I surely wasn't the only one. Life is way too short, no matter how you look at it. I will try to put smiles on people's faces, to pass on your legacy for it to live on forever. I will miss you, old friend..

  6. Hi Movieman,

Do you know if the problem preventing file (picture) attachments to posts on this forum will ever be fixed? I sure hope so. The value and usefulness is greatly reduced without the ability to attach images. As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words". So true.

Hey Dave. I noticed you're online. This thread was made some time ago and is packed full of valuable information that I, and perhaps many others, would see as wasteful to be buried in the countless threads. Is there a possibility to get this thread "http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?283509-Working-app_info-files" stickied to the WCG XS homepage?

    -Thanks,
