@PC Freak and i_found_nemo: The biggest draw of XS is the people and the knowledge they bring. Until you acquire knowledge of computers and tech, you're best off reading and not posting. Bandwidth costs a lot of money, and spam is not wanted. Be constructive or be somewhere else This sounds harsh, but it really isn't. Now PC Freak (and/or i_found_nemo) if you want to start learning about PCs I am willing to help you. If you waste my time I will never bother with you again. Now you leave poor Dave alone!

I'm sorry you feel that way but this isn't a place where someone holds your hand.
This is a place to come and learn by reading and only nwhen you've done that reading will most of this make sense.

i was no tech geek when i joined ( and still am not ) but i'm alot smarter about pc's now then i was when i joined. anybody can learn, it's how you talk to them tho, give examples they can relate to in their head. i always thought you were a cool guy. but my thinking is incorrect.

If Dave doesnt have Skype that would be the head scratching lol of the year!

My personal feeling is to try a site with younger aged guys.. Lots of them around..
Now I need sleep..later

That's the key, this is supposed to be 2% fun and 98% learning and then once you learn it's 100% fun and teaching others..
It's not really a social forum even though it may seem that way at times.
Now as to Fugger there are times you just won't hear from him.
he may get over 500 PM's a day.
And work, and maintaining the forum itself, and benching and traveling maybe 20,000 miles easily in a year..
I have days I message him and don't get a reply. I don't take it personally.. I understand the life he leads..
