I've been a proud supporter of G.Skill ram for years but I would like to see G.Skill offer a product like this:

I authored that mini-thread.
I'd like to see G.Skill make a low profile 30nm DDR3 2133 or better 2x4gb kit that clocks with CL 9-10-10 @ 1.6v XMP with some nice heat spreaders that maintain the low profile so you can still fit it under a NH-D14 or Phanteks monster cooler.
And at a decent price that will have more than everybody buying G.Skill too.

hello sir!!

recently i bought this gskill trident 2x2GB 16000 CL9. i want this ram to run @ 1800 CL8 or 1600 CL7. as far as i tried, i can get this ram to run @ 1600 CL7. the best i can get is 1600 8-7-8-16. i even try to set the other setting to auto and just change the CL to 7, and it even cannot boot
mind to share the bios setting for this ram @ 1800 CL8/1600 CL7? or this kit just cannot run at this speed?

CPU : Phenom II 955 BE C3
Mobo : Asus Crosshair III Formula (Bios ver.1301)
