Hey sry for getting back to you so late. Didn't notice until today I had a message. The chip has been working really well for months now. I have had zero problems with it. I have the chip running 4.2ghz 24/7 with HTT enabled, 21 multi @ 1.41v. My idle temps are about 50c and my load temps if I'm in game lets say barely hit 70c if that. The chip is running on an Asus P6T6 WS Revolution. I haven't really played with the chip in a while but last I remember I was able to get it at 4.4ghz with 1.5ghz. Don't quote me on that since its been a while but I'd say you could get some good overclocks with this chip. I'd recommend it.
