Thanks for the feedback. I called Gigabyte and one of their guys there did a physical comparison and sent me photos. He said the mounting holes do line up, so that is the first issue off of the table. What he did not, and could not answer was if part the the board ie. PCIE slots, would be blocked or unavailable. The PC-X2000F case has 7 tool less PCI Cards Holder slots. One review says "The eight expansion slot, however, doesn’t have one of these mechanisms, and expansion cards must be fastened to this slot using a black thumbscrew." Sin0822, if you still have this tower, does it in fact have 8 slots?

The G1.Assassin looks like it has seven (7) slots. If you have seen this board, does it in fact have 7 slots? If it does then it would seem then that it would fit; am I missing something?

Hello Sin0822. That was a great review on the G1.Assassin. I have just purchased a Lian Li PC-X2000F case and after reading your review I would like to put the G1.assassin in it. I have checked the compatibility chart and it does not include this case, but does include two other (smaller) Lian Li cases that also only show that they take an E-ATX card. I have tried to get ahold of Lian Li, but their mailbox has been full for days. That's not performance! Gigabyte said "I just did the comparison myself. All screws holes will match, I compared the G1.ASSASSIN with the X58A-UD3R So the case should work, but have to sacrifice the bottom PCI express slot." They sent me some photos that show the holes lining up on these cases. Please share your thoughts with me. Thanks Eagle Hill

One more thing what would u say max vcore for oc 24/7? and what about max oc w/llc for highest oc not 24/7?

i sent you bios pictures from my UD7 at 215bclk in a PM, those should get you 220bclk (vcore, and vtt will depend on your chip), i run this 930 at 4515mhz ht enabled 24/7, but those settings worked for 220x21-4620mhz ht disabled linx stable. looks like the 2 bios's are the same.
