one of my ld pc v8 window panel screws that hold the window on to the aluminum with nut/washer broke off and i am wondering if there is a way you know that i could repair it? how are they attached?

Hi LD. I recently bought a used white rotary unit made by you. I really like the quality, and performance is very good. However, the vibrations and noise from the compressor is pretty high, I guess that's the trade off you get when aiming for performance Is there anything I can do to make it less noisy? What's the optimal tension in the compressor mount screws? it seems rather loose now.
