Enter the section you want to start a thread in, look to the top left, under the bar, you'll find the thread starter button.
You'll find most of the info you want on the bar near the top of the page.

There are different types but in general I call it the following-->

A person who makes inflammatory posts, waits for a response from his target and then repeats, keeping the cycle going.
