hey did you try running the chip a low OC for a while ? I set mine for 3.2-3.4ghz(stock volts) and came back 6 hours later and my 18 multiplier is working now. been trying push to 4.0ghz but haven't gotten stable past 3.755ghz. The only thing I can't get is those NB above 2.7ghz >_<
