  1. It's not a dumb question at all. The molex connector down by the video cards is there to provide extra power to video cards that don't have their own pci-e power connector. So if you supply power to the video card via it's pci-e connector then you can ignore the molex. If not, then supplying power to the molex is probably a good idea.

  2. Hello, you seem to know alot about the DX48BT2 boards.. I have a really dumb question, that I dont even dare post on the board.. I will be powering up my system in a few days taking a closer look at the board I see there are three different places to plug in power 1: the long power strip down by the ram.. 2: a power plug in up by the cpu 3: a molex connector down by the video cards.. Must I power all those up? I know on my old P-4 there were two.. so I have power two both of those 1-2 but never have I seen a molex on a board(3) so do I put power to all three.. I just dont want to waste a lot of money on a learning experance... Thanks
