There are plenty. In Singapore, there are some varities of the Corsair ValueSelect that has UCCC chips on them as well.

Team Xtreem also has, but i forgot the model number =X

I love it! I didn't get into intense overclocking with it, but it ran 270MHz at 3-3-3-8 no problem. It's only since been replaced by the 4400PRO, which can do 275MHz with even tighter timings.

* 250HTT 3-4-4-8 2.8v - 2.50GHz (MemTest Bandwidth - 3370)
* 260HTT 3-4-4-8 2.8v - 2.60GHz (MemTest Bandwidth - 3385)
* 270HTT 3-4-4-8 2.8v - 2.70GHz (MemTest Bandwidth - 3516)
* 280HTT 3-4-4-8 2.8v - 2.80GHz (MemTest Bandwidth - 3456)
* 284HTT 3-4-4-8 3.2v - 2.84GHz (MemTest Bandwidth - 3698)

They are all listed as tRCD and tRP of 4, but I was able to tweak it further to 3 and 3 later on.

Edit: Ozzimark doubts me on the 3-3-3-8, so I better double check that first :)

I have a pair of 2gb Corsair 4000PT but I was not able to run them @3-3-3-8...they are still under test and tweak (from 200 to 300) . In fact I jumped from 2,5-4-4-x to 3-4-3-x to have stability.

Tests performed:

2,5-3-3-6 up to 230
2,5-4-4-7 up to 237
3-4-3-5 up to 270 (still testing over this speed)
3-4-3-8 up to 285
3-4-4-8 up to 298 (passing spi 1M but not 32M)
3-4-4-8 up to 308 (ss)

all @ 2,6 v (higher vdimm resulted in worse performance --> errors)

Alright, Mark was right.. I am not sure what I was thinking.

I could do 3-4-3-8 at 270MHz no problems, but tRCD of 3 was a big no go.
