Prometeia temps keep rising

it rises to 40 and it will shut off i have tried hooking evrything up again but the teamps never stablize i cannot get it running i have tried everything if anyone can help that would be great.

First welcome to Xtreme! Now have you contacted Chip-Con? You may have a leak, if this happened all of a sudden.

i contactd them waiting for a reply this happened out of the box the temp just never goes down.

i got in touch with chip-con and they said they have never seen my problem before and i filled out a claim report. i dont know what they are going to do but if i dont get a new prometeia pretty soon i am going to raise hell. 630 bucks is alot of money to be wasted they better get to it.

I know they are goung through alot of changes over there, just hang in there I have never heard of anyone not being taken care of by Chip-Con.

its cool they got back to me this morning, they are going to give me a new unit. they think my unit got damaged in transport and messed up the compressor so everything is taken care of.
