I'm trying to get this tutorial to work, but I can't till I figure out why I don't have Bitmap HDR section. There is a plug-in that is called HDRI.BMI that is suppose to give me this option. I have the the plug-in that came defult with my version of 3D Studio Max. Can anyone tell me how to get this option in my maps selection?

Extra Details:

Are you working with max 8?

I see the camera map per pixel map on your sytem so you have at least max7 installed. If that´s the case then you´ll find the *.hdr file type by using the bitmap map.Autodesk included the splutterfish hdr plugin since version 7 of max.
the screen cap on that tutorial uses an earlier version of max that doesn´t support hdr, so they have used the splutterfish plugin.
Bottom line use the standard bitmap, it´s the same as the bitmap hdr you see on the tutorial.
