Im a n00b to overclocking, and im testing if my system is stable with prime 95, I started stress test, but all it said is

beginning a continuous self-test to check to check your computer.
Please read stress.txt. Choose Test/Stop to end this test.

Is said that at the bottom of the screen, the rest of the screen is white. Is that all it is supposed to do?

I though it was supposed to stress my system.....??

open your task manager and see if the cpu is on full load - if yes it's all ok and working.

Ya, CPU usage is on 100%, but how is this wrong section, it has to do with overclocking.
