I thought it would nice for everyone to have a place to put thier raid benchies so others could see and compare and help them setup thier array.

Maybe if it gets good enough we could get a sticky:D

Benchmarking tools

ATTO (http://www.attotech.com/software/index.html)
You can get the latest version of ATTO here, you just need to register

HDTach (http://www.simplisoftware.com/Public/index.php?request=HdTach)

Everest (http://www.lavalys.com/)

IOmeter (http://www.iometer.org/)
Meant to be run from a windows drive not on the array.

Winbench99 (my personal favorite) you'll have to google it being that its old however i still think its better than any of the newer free benchmarks.

When you post make sure you include the following with your benchmark:
Stripe size
Cluster size
What controller used
What drives
How many drives

can you re-run Atto with 32MB total length I have benchmarks with an older version of atto and I'd like to compare them.

I think atto is fooled by the onboard memory on the raid controller :D

I think winbench99 gives a more accurate picture of hard drive performance
