I realise it's been some time since any posts were made in this thread, but it would really be great if I could get my hands on similar information for my RDX200 CF-DR. I'm having a hell of a time getting it running at 280x10 1:1 2.5-3-3-7 (it's done 310x10 1:1 2.5-3-3-7 on better cooling in another location with the same mobo/cpu/ram combo) and it's driving me crazy.

I realise that the RDX200 was kind of abandoned, but there has to be some end to my endeavor...

I'm using the F1-4800DSU2-1GBFF kit by the way.

F2-6400PHU2-2GBNS will not work on RD600. it is incompatible.

Mine board is Intel ICFX3200-T2R/G Rd600.Not socket 939,it's intel 775 socket.Why gskill memory didn't works with board? ı don't know that before ı bought it.:confused:

f2-6400phu2-2gbns is only compatible with P975, P955 and P945 P925 ... those. not AM2, RD600, Nvidia and P965

Hello, I just got a cfx3200, i bought this mainboard so i could finally get everything out of my rams and cpu before i go for a new platform in a year or two.

My rams are the gskill F1-3200DSU2-GBLE, my cpu is an opteron 170.
When i put in a stick of noname ddr400 rams (512mb). I can get the cpu several hours of prime stable at 2900 mhz and 1.425 Vcore (10x290) (ldt=3).

Ive used those timings from another thread (nforce 4 thread)

DDR550
2,76V; HTT=3; FSB=275
Dram Frequency Set: 200 (1:1)
Command Per Clock: Enable (1t)
Cas: 2.5
Trcd: 3
Tras: 5
Trp: 3
Trc: 7
Trfc: 18
Trrd: 2

With those settings and the cpu running at a multi so its as close to its natural clockspeed (8) It is 10 hours memtest stable, but in windows it will crash within a minute while im prime testing (torture test in place large FFTs).

Ive tried lots of different things, losening all the timings and trying on higher lower voltages, I even tried a different cpu (Venice Core). But either it doesnt get into windows at all or prime will crash in seconds.

I hope someone is still willing to help me with this board, thx anyway.


edit: seems like they both run alone at the settings mentioned above (F1-4800DSU2 1GBFF) (at least 10 min prime stable). But it wont even start if i put them both in

No i just used those settings(from your first post in this thread), the main thing is that its kinda stable with one stick, but not with two.

Now; ı remembered that ı used my gskill memory (f2-6400phu2-2gbns )
with asus P5b.I used with 6400 3.9 ghz. P5b is 965 chipset so ı used it.You said that it's incompatible.:confused:

İf it's works with 965 chipset should be works with rd600 too
some of them are ok to run if we reprogram it. however must of them are not ok. you are lucky :) to get a P965 working one

i cant seem to get 4 sticks fo 2gbhz working. i get "C1" LED debug code. both pairs of ram run fine alone in both the yellow and orange slots. i have set CPC to 2T. anything else i should change?
