Is this the I/O voltage pin for rev 3's. It's eems kinda low at around 2.5 and i was wondering if the peps with 9700 pcb's could verify that this was the i/o volatage regulating pin. If so i may have figured out why the memory on these 9500 np's does not wanna overclock that well
