2GB ZX Problems :(

Hi, I got a 2GB dual channel kit today and I can't run them in DC at all :(

Have ran them both on there own and they passed 5 loops of memtest fine.

When I run them together they fail after 1 pass with 7000 errors.

Have tried Optimized Defaults and I've tried the mem timings provided on these forums.

Have tried 2.58-2.88v and I've tried using both yellow and orange slots on my mobo but still no joy :(

Spec is as follows:

A64 X2 3800
DFI SLI-DR with latest Bios
Hiper Type-R 580w PSU

Any Ideas?

well did you try T2?
how about setting them to 3-3-3-8?
Completely clearing the CMOS?

tried 1T, 2T

Reset CMOS now 7 times in total and tried 2 different Bios's

Tried cas 2.5 but havent tried 3-3-3-8

They both work fine in single channel 2-3-2-5 which is there rated speed

will try 3-3-3-8 now, altho I will be pretty p***ed if thats whats needed to run em in DC

tried 3-3-3-8 and still not playing ball :(

don't use the least bios. they are not as good as 2005's bios
using 2005 Nov or Dec bios is good!

running 623-3 bios now and still no luck

Bachus_Anonym is trying to sort me out on MSN atm so we'll see what we can do, so far its 3 Bios's, 6 sets of timings, 15 ish CMOS resets, 40 ish restarts and a broken cathode done :p:
