I like the Tweakmonster BGA ramsinks, They are solid copper with a tin coating probably the best around but aren't cheap.

I get my stuff from the Heatsink factory

Head down to your local PC shop and ask if they have any old heatsinks from 486 or pentium chips.

Buy them for almost nothing chop em up then lapp them, they will probably work better than fancy special made ones (as you can make em huge) and will only cost you a fraction of the price.

I got some decent ones from www.ocsystem.com You'll definitely want to lap them, and use the thinner type adhesive tape (not included, so plan ahead. ;) ).

I use Tweakmonster BGA ramsinks

i got em from www.frozencpu.com (a very reputable reseller!)

i was able to get my 9700pro to 370mhz without a volt mod

Do these Tweakmaster BGA Ramsinks come with adhesive/thermal paste on them or how would i go about mounting them?

no they dont come with thermal paste ...i got them too, and i used zalman termal adhesive ...it glues them on, but if u try move them a bit they break off ...so if you want to remove them later its no problem. or u can use a tape ...or termal paste with a bit of super glue in the corners.

AS5 Adhesive is a super adhesive. The only problem is that if you want or need to remove them for RMA or something, you will have a really hard time to remove them and you will most likely break the card.

If you need Thermal Tape, TIM or something else, you can freely order 2 samples at www.chomerics.com (http://www.chomerics.com/)

Direct link to samples request (http://vendor.parker.com/Groups/Seal/Divisions/Chomerics/Lead+-+Sample+Tracking.nsf/WRequestAll2?OpenForm)

Yes, the AS5 is a super adhesive, although since most everything I do is usually permanent, I don't mind, it's the best thermal adhesive if you want tit to stay on and conduct heat, lput them on the Tweakmonster's, I also put it on my Zalman NB-47J since I knew I would never remove it anyway, plus the MOSFET's on the vid card itself, anyone that tells you that with a voltmod cards don't benefit from cooling on MOSFET'S is wrong, I gained another 10mhz on the core for my 9800pro a long time ago, I hope this cooler is good, although I won't trade my XP-90C for it unless it's OMGZ WTFBBQ! good.......
