9700 pro vmem PLEASE HELP!

no matter what i do i cant seem to get my memory past 370mhz im using tweakmonster ramsinks.

I attempted the vmem mod in the mod section here with a 20k trimmer and that got my nowhere...so i attempted the 2 mods outlined at xbitlabs and those didnt help either, what could i possibly be doing wrong that i cant get past 370mhz....also my vmem reading spot gives me 3.2v on the multimeter...when it is supposed to give me 2.75? this was before any mods whatsoever

What brand of card are you using ?

I have the ATI ver with the xbit mem and gpu v mods. no matter what voltage I used on the mem can not get over 357mhz. I have never had much success with mem v mods. I think 370mhz is a decient OC if stock was at 310mhz.

built by ATI , ATI Radeon 9700 Pro revision 1.1 i was hoping to get 390-400 out of it with a vmod but nothing seems to work :(
