Ninja Plus - Future New Owner

I have buyed a Scythe Ninja Plus and have some questions:

1st - Since it's a tower and don't have the layout of my oldest cooler (XP90C), did the airflow near memory and mosfets are the same, better or worst?
2nd - Any more last hour recomendations?

1. You will have less airflow on your memory and mosfets.
2. Installation was difficult, I removed my whole motherboard when installing.

I found the Ninja installation easy compared to the XP90. With everything left in the computer, only the power supply was in the way. The fan clips are hard to install compared to the XP90 though, really tight.
