I`ve been seeing HDTach scores from Samsung Spinpoint 200/250GB models in RAID0 and Hitachi Desktar SATA2 models (also 250GB).
The Hitachi disks are handing out a good kicking to the Spinpoints (burst speed+50MB/S and read +10MB/S). On paper the specs are the same, does anyone know where the extra performance is coming from?
