I havent used an asus board in a while but im pretty sure they have a windows flashing tool. I would just download that and use it.

I know DFI has a CD like that called "Tmods" made by a member over and dfi-street. Have u check over at asus' forums?

the issue is, with this particular bios, it says **Please flash BIOS using SK8N1004.exe, and do not flash through EZFlash/AFUDOS/LiveUpdate**

Which bios are u trying to flash, i looked at asus' site and the 1007 bios for the sk8n allows u too use aus live update.

SK8N BIOS Revision 1007 release **Using AFUDOS v2.07 or ASUS Live Update 5.22.02 to update BIOS is a must.**
Patch certain CPUs cannot boot with SK8N.
**Using AFUDOS v2.07 or ASUS Live Update 5.22.02 to update BIOS is a must. If your current BIOS version is 1004 or later, you can use both EZflash and AFUDOS to update this BIOS directly. If your current BIOS is 1001-1003, please update BIOS with SK8N1004 first and then proceed with 1007.**
