Apart from 6 Power Mosfets that get warm when running Vcore > 2.0V, I notice that even 6 Vcore capacitors get warm too.
To make things worse, all M/Bs use area of PCB around power converter area as heatsink. I think I got to cool PCB from the back of the m/b too.
