My video card keeps locking up just before the welcome screen of WinXP.
This is a COMPLETELY fresh install of XP 2600...
I have DX9 (redist) installed.
I have VIA 4in1's v445 installed.
I have TRIED the 3.1 and 3.0a catalysts and neither wants to even show the welcome screen.. 8-(
Im seriously confused.. and dont want to format... AGIAN.. 8-(
Help fast if you can, please?

I have to boot into safe mode to uninstall the drivers and to be able to get into winxp with standard vga.. 8-(
