Hello guys i've been benching the last days on my cpu, now im happy but looking for better times

Rig:
Opty 148
single stage
lanparty ultra-d
khx3500 2x512mb old bh5
80GB sata hdd
geforce2 mx400 pci
enermax noisetaker 600w

Now the ram i used was declared dead, i got them just to test them to see if they worked this seem to be bad bh5 they need 3.0+ vdimm to run 200 2-2-2-5. I'll try to get better ram to bench.

Super pi 1m:

Super pi 2m:

now i know that my cpu has more left in i just need better cooling, i'll put it under dry ice when i get new ram.

Damn, those are some nice results. :toast: Do you boot with your mal and rp at the settings in your screen shot? Just curious because I can't boot at anything less than 10 for mal on a divider with my 144.

What is the stepping on your opty 148 and where did you buy it?

Thats definitively a good job.

Could you talk us more about your processor?
HTT running? Stepping? CPU-Z image or something?
At what frecuency is your processor running?

EDIT: ok, I already know your stepping.

Why dont you try running you Idle cycle limit at 16 and Drive Strength normal 4 or normal 3 (Level 8 or level 6)?
Could give better SuperPi results.

my rig is for sale right now i dont see the purpose to run super pi with a 148 now because of the great times conroe is pulling, maybe i'll do a last session, i already got better ram 4x512mb the worst ones can do sp1m and 2m at 275 2225 best pair can do sp1m at 282 2225.
