I was just curious how the voltage options with Smart Guardian work.
It has a percent, but I dont understand what changing it does.

Changing the % sets the point you consider the voltage to be out of spec. The voltages turn RED in the display when they are out of spec.

I'd accept the default settings. That will leave you enough room for variation without showing an alarm state (RED). I change my CPU to 10% though. 20% is too much allowed fluctuation.

So the percent only means when the numbers turns red?
They dont do anything to the actual voltage like how it can change the fan speed?

Correct. Voltages are adjusted in the BIOS only. SmartGuardian only monitors voltage.
