fredperry,

Good of you to come my man, Welcome to Xtreme. Hows the cooling rig of yours?? Did you get better seating on the CPU??
Sorry, Can't help with the ID of the Compressor, no clue myself.

No, haven't found the time (yet) :(
I'm in the middle in exams and allready got a bad one due to my prometeia ;)

But, a friend of mine got his one working fine, giving him temps of -7°C idle and 0°C under full load with a XP1900+@1817@1.85v
(just prelimary results)
He used four spacers, whereas I only use one (received only three, so I'll have to find me some).
Also I'm using AA instead of ASIII, which should gave me a slight gain also.
His results give me hope :)

I'll bet you any amount that after you slap on some more spacers you get a much greater Clock, night and day probably.

Fredperry,

That label is not from a compressor, is from a display-freezer. In Italian display=expositore. Ask if the guy can send you the compressor label, with that would be easier to find the compressor data on the web

Send him an email,I hope he finds something, 'cause he's studying for cooltechnician, so normally he would have found something, maybe this was the only thing he could find?
Anyway, he's going to make a heatexchanger for it, give it a quick test en pr0lly sell it (hopefully to me ;))
But I've got some backup: R134a compressor (http://users.pandora.be/bernadette.peeters1/frigo/100-0014_IMG.JPG)
(should be enough for the vidcard ;) ASHRAE: -10°C@226w)

Check these temps this is on an XP 1600+ @ 2008 Mhz Prometeia cooled -7 under full load after 4 hours - 15 idle. I have 4 spacers on each screw.
