Yeah I did the vdd mod with a fixed 820 ohm resistor today :D, I now can use the comp at my goal on 200 fsb@synk. I used grabbers and it seems to work nice. Just wanted to share my joy :).

Best regards Mashi.

Congrats Venom! I'm about to do this mod but haven't seen any pics with the smd grabbers used. Do you have any pics of your mod?:toast:

Sorry I don't have any pics cus I don't own a camera  . But as DisposableHero said u could check out 8rda+ or any other mod even if it is soldered to the chip. The pins are really small so try to fins grabbers with claws that are "small".

Hehehe, you had to vmod to get 200+ stable. My Nf7..... 212 4-2-2-2 timings, stable at 2.7V....no need for Vmod.

Hey guy obviously I don exactly understand why r u doin a Mod like this. From reading thru BIOS monitoring Vdd is the AGP voltage. But from all the thread I read it seams it's VCORE the ones being discussed? I'm right? Sory 4 being so ignorant. 1 more thing there's a 1.90 VCORE in BIOS right? Why not use it?

If so is it really safe if I do it right? Choices of POT or fixed resistor?
Anyway not to have V mods for high speeds?

THANKS!
