Anyone know anything about external sound cards? I need to get a sound card so I can use my new klipsch 5.1 system with my notebook. I could use a USB card or the new PCMCIA card but I don't know which ones are any good. Anyone have any experience? Thanks!

A friend of mine has this Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX USB 2.0 (http://www.soundblaster.com/products/product.asp?category=1&subcategory=205&product=9103) and he's very happy with it. He got it dirt cheap too ~$125 with shipping. Not a lot at all considering I payed ~$420 + shipping for my X-Fi Elite Pro. This was all in Sweden, prices are quite high here.

if on a higher budget get the Audigy 2 ZS PCMCIA slot card.
