I'm thinking about switching my 1250 for a 1260. Mainly because the head on it. Almost twice as much. Now my system because my case is so big runs longer than most people's not only that, but I'm splitting from 1/2" tubing to 2 1/2" tubes and combining again... I think the extra flow might help a little, as my gpu block seems to be lacking some. Any suggestions on this? I was also looking at an Iwaki WMD-20RLT... Any suggestions?

Honestly the 1260 (used to be 1060 right?) is not a great pump. I think it has what, a 3.1M head, the 1250 has 2. But, this thing consumes a whopping 50W of power! WAY too much! My Iwaki MD-15R is about the same size as the 1250 yet has a 3.4 meter head, flows 300GPH @ 0 head, and only consumes 31W! You would be MUCH better off with the Iwaki, plus the Iwaki's put VERY little (if any at all) heat into the water. The 20 series are VERY large just so you know, they are about 10 - 11inches long but narrower than the 1250. You would do better with the MD-20RZT
