I am a little nervous about condensation with chillers. I thought it would be easy to get a small 12 x 12 or so refrigerator and alter
it to hold my water cooling radiator in it with a fan. Hopefully keeping it chilled but not to cold for condensation. stupid or will it work?

Well.... the fridge will likely be running constantly, in order to maintain it's temperature, which is sub-ambient, so you will probably get condensation, yes. The idea is still cool though.

When protecting from condensation I know they use neoprem to resolve the problem. Do you cover the hole water block exsept for a small opening just for the pad on the cpu. How dows this help?
