Just read an article that NTL in the UK are to cap their downloads to 1gig a day. Even though they advertise the connection as an "always on, 24/7 connection". They have dropped the price of the 1mb connection from £50 to £35 to encourage people to upgrade, now they have they drop this bombshell!!! (a 1mb connection would give u just under 3hrs use at full speed!!!)
