i dont know if my problem is ram related but everytime i run super pi my pc would freeze most of the time and theres times it will run all the way thru. i can play games all day long and i pass occt plenty of times but i havent tested prime yet.. my ram timing is in my sig.

from my experience, SPi freezes is related to Vcore.
i run my CPU at 278×9(=2.5GHz) with using DDR333(=228MHz) divider for RAM. Vcore is 1.44V and system is absolutely stable.
however, when i was playing with my RAM, i found out that my system freezes in SPi at 250×9(=2.25GHz) w/o using divider at the same Vcore, 1.44V. that was prime stable for 12+ hours, 3D stable, Memtest (both classic & Win) clean... only SPi was freezing. and uping Vcore a bit solved the issue in my case.

imho try cranking down some memory settings, i guess you put some things too tight here
