This is my rig right now new one coming soon but I have to bare with what I have for now. AMD Athlon XP2800+@2.08Ghz,1 Gig Corsair Value Select 512x2,Albatron KX18D Pro,6800 128MB. I need someone to suggest my some bios setting's I've never done this before so bare with me please :)

You should search google for basic AMD geared overclocking guides. Theres just too much information to explain it to you in a post...you need to read it in a guide. I think there is one on this forum...hold on let me see if i can dig it up for you
