Best settings for a MSI Diamond Plus

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has the optimal settings for a msi diamond plus using F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ Sticks?
My system

MSI Diamond Plus
AMD 64X2 4800
2 gig-F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ
550WATT P\S

The optimal settings are:

Tcl: 3
Trcd: 4
Trp: 4
Tras: 8

optimal MAL: 8ns
optimal RP: 5ns

If the MSI is very picky with the MAL/RP, just set AUTO.
