Sorry if wrong forum.

My hard drive seems to be getting very hot in the prommy.

How do people cool theres?

being looking at some of the coolcasemod's goodies.

but whats the best performer.

Water cooling ni 3months time but being told there not that great or effective

an 80mm fan, even a low CFM one can keep your hard drive very cool. mount one so it moves some air over your drive and you'll be fine.

yeah, i sold all my drive bay convertors but you you think its worth keeping it under the CD ROM? insead the floppy in the promy

sure, it should be cooler up there.

i've just got an 80mm fan moving air across the bottom of the drive, and they aren't much more than warm.

Looks like good placement to me! ;)

What Ive done is place the drives inside a 5 n a quarter slot, then modded the faceplates with a fan in it. So the air flows over the drives rather easily and really helps keep them cool.
