G.Skill DDR550 GBFC won't run at 275(2.5-4-4-8)?

I have the ddr550 gbfc sticks and no matter what the voltage(2.7-2.9) or timings(2.5-4-4-8 vs.3-5-5-10) I can't get it memtest stable:( Ive tried every slot config on my dfi nf3 board but have had no luck. Highest semi-stable clocks have been at 270mhz with the 2.5-4-4-8 timings. Thanks for the help:)
