I am going to buy a Swiftech MCX462+T.

I already know all of the problems with Airtecs, so please don't remind me;) .

I just want to know how Pelt spread heat, from the center out or across the entire piece.

In this situation, I could use a 92mm fan to cool it, but it is possible that the fanhub would block airflow over the center, like it does with a regular heatsink.

If pelts spread heat evenly, I would be golden.

Thanks for any help.

It's spread pretty much evenly over the entire surface of the Peltier cooler. You're in luck. There might be a little bit more heat in the middle, because the CPU will presumably be underneath, but the cold plate should do a good job of spreading the heat evenly over the TEC.

Use an empty 2 litre 'Lucasade' bottle (plastic one!!), the top part is slightly funnel shaped and a perfect fit for a 92mm fan. use it to 'duct' cool air into the case from the outside, bolt the fan to the sidepanel and tape the duct to the fan(I cut four square knotches out where the fan centre supports are so the duct slips into the inner circle of the fan housing). using a duct will negate the fan deadspot...
