If you own the following MCW462-UHT and MCW50-T from Swiftech:

They recommend 25 amps for the CPU + 7.5 amps for the GPU, so this PSU might be just not enough.... ;)

I haven't received mine, but I'll run the GPU's TEC with all the other components on the rig's PSU and the CPU's TEC on it's own PSU.... hope it won't blow up !!! :D

Which TECs do you have? And how much does he want for that bad boy? That PSU would be sweet for a single 226W TEC, but it can't handle more than that.

Knight,
I'm the proud new owner of a MCW50-T AND a MCW5000PT.
I'm hoping for a bit of chilled water goodness...for benchies.
I'm happy with my P4 2.66 on air @3660 but for nasty hardcore benching, I'm gonna chill some water/antifreeze and go for it!
I've got a lot of reading to do...you see I was going to get a Prommy and still may...but then I'll just use the 226w on the GPU and the 80w on the NB. I need to research flow rates and that kinda stuff. At first (this weekend) I'll probably just fill a cooler with ice/water/antifreeze and put a 300gph submersible pump in and run the MCW50-T. Do I need to put AF in if I'm just gonna' experiment for a while? You know...the dual metals thing??
I already get 430/360 with an Alpha 6035 cooling it, so I'd expect a bit more from pelt ;)
Who knows, maybe I'll mod my case to house the stuff full-time...
I'd like to go with 2 Dtek pro-cores...with 120mm Delta's.
I know it's not much compared to your rad's but I think it would fit in my case. Having both rad's under the roof of the case

Yeah, that power supply would be awesome. I want one ;).
Definitely get the 35A supply, it will supply all your needs (hehe, stupid puns are funny).

Sounds like you've got some interesting ideas, should be nice to see them when they're done. As to anti-freeze, don't use it, ever, unless you're planning on doing cooling water that would freeze without it. It lowers the cooling capabilities of water, if you need an anti-corrosion agent, use water wetter or something of that nature.

I can get them for $109.88 new. (Have to have wholesale license) they won't sell to retail customers. For $119.00 they have a 42A 40A constant and for $149 they have a rack mountable 52A 46A constant. All 3 are 12v-15v adjustable.
Edit: The 42A is 13.8v adj.

I' have one of the 26 amp models in my closet. Havnt used it in 6 months. It used to power my 2x85 watt pelt setup, but would run hot. I used to to power a 226watt pelt and the temp Safety would kick in an kill power to it till it cooled.

VERY BAD for a pelt setup!!!!! I replaced the internal 80mm fan with a better one. And added a fan to the back Passive heatsink and had no problem after that, I would suggest getting the 36amp if you can though.

Pyramid is also bottom of the line. They do run hot. I giant transformer is in the middle. Hot as in burn you hot.

They are super Heavy also. Mine must weight 25 lbs.

If anyone remembers Pyramid's car AMP division, you will know the quality of these.
