right, done the 8RDA+ vdd mod, min vdd voltage is now 1.74v.

Before the mod, I could get 190FSB max stable. So I powered on, left @ 1.74 and upped to 200. Booted into windows and got all sorts of programs, applications crashing, drivers failing to load etc.

So put down to 195...still it crashes after a while and now when I run prime95 @ 190 it says:

Iteration: 80065/18055577, ERROR: SUM(INPUTS) != SUM(OUTPUTS) etc
Possible hardware failure...

what does that mean? Have I screwed my north bridge? Im cooling northbridge with a crystal orb attached using an amount of AS3 in the middle of a ring of arctic silver epoxy.

Any ideas? Im really unhappy. Thought I would definitely get 200FSB after adding the mod.

Would a format help? Do you recommend winXP and SP1..will that make any difference? Really want to get this 200FSB 24/7 stable. Please help.

BTW...2400+ and epox 8rda+ and corsair xms3200LL. temps...29 system, 37cpu. cpu vcore @ 1.9v.

Bump up vdd to 1.85v and set your ram timing for 5,2,2,2.

Try different slots for the ram too.

I have a similar problem.... At stock the most I can get of my 8rda+ was 185fsb.... I did the vddmod with a 750ohm resistor and I got to 200fsb with 1.79v on the chipset. Now im running only 204 stable using a 620ohm resistor which gives me 1.84v. Should I try a 560ohm resistor or do you guys think thats way too low? Im using a Vantec iceberg to cool the NB but no ramsinks on SB and mosfett cos I might sell this board...
