View Full Version : I think the pi calculation in SysTool is broken

Sad as it is, I doubt that a 2.8GHz Celeron D can calculate pi to the 1M digit in 21.656 seconds.

EDIT: I just timed it with my stopwatch and got the same result as systool. There is nothing wrong with the timer.

It's not equal to SPI's algorithm. It usually takes half the time. Stabilitywise, I find that systool to be more tolerant of a bad OC.

Heh. Actually that is about the time it should take. SPI is incredibly inefficient. AFAIK no one knows why, but it's great :D
