IS7 and P4 mobile dosent work :(

I just sent a Vapo XE to a freind and he is planning to use it on the P4 mobile 2.4.

It is a computer for his girlfreind.

The cpu works in abit TH7 but not in IS7 :(
any clew why?

U see it work on a Abit TH7II-Raid, only problem is the Mb cant see the L2 but work fine in windows

On the Abit IS7 the CPU dont want to start and the MB dont say enything
I have flash the bios to the new on Abits Homepage

So if enyone know how to fix this Problem so i can use the Cpu on IS7 its have ben nice
