I am hoping to get a Mac mini intel version soon. And dual boot with windows media center, use a external tv tuner, and a external 500gig hard drive. I am just wondering If I purchase a original Media center, and mac osx cds. Is it legal to install windows xp on the mac.

It's legal to install xp on a mac, but don't expect any support from apple.

Why do you want to use xp on a mac for a media center? OSX should be good enough for this use.
