thats the Soltek Nforce2 board, right?
i don't think it's out yet.
It's a soltek mobo with the nForce2 chipset, it has nice specs and it should have a nice price, usually soltek mobos are cheap.

it's an Nforce2 board, it should perform similar to the other Nforce2 boards.
